All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, etc.).
2. No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing
All pricing, availability, and promotions displayed or quoted are subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and a deposit or full payment has been received and processed by the applicable supplier.
3. Booking Responsibility
L3 Travel LLC acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those suppliers, including cancellations, delays, changes in itinerary, or quality of service. Once a booking is confirmed with a supplier, their individual cancellation and refund policies apply.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. L3 Travel LLC is not liable for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
5. Passports, Visas & Documentation
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and any required visas or travel documentation for their destination. Explore More Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper or expired documentation.
